How Your Subscription Works
Our subscription is designed to make sure you never run out of your medication, while also giving us a chance to check in with you each month.
Your First Month
- Day 0: You place your order, make payment, and we dispatch your medication.
- Day 1–3: You begin taking your medication.
During your first month, we adjust your renewal date slightly so everything runs smoothly going forward.
From Month 2 Onwards
Your subscription then follows a simple monthly cycle:
1. Quick Monthly Review
Around day 21, we’ll email you a short check-in form to see how you’re getting on.
- This helps us make sure everything is working well for you.
- It only takes a few minutes to complete.
2. Payment
Your next payment will be taken on a Monday, before your medication runs out. This gives us time to prepare and dispatch your next supply.
3. Dispatch
As soon as your review is completed and your payment is received, we’ll send out your next supply.
We aim to dispatch early in the week, usually Monday to Wednesday, to avoid postal delays.
Example Timeline
- 1st May: You order, pay, and we dispatch your medication.
- Around 22nd May: We send your review form.
- Following Monday: Your next payment is taken.
- After review and payment: Your next supply is dispatched.
From this point onward, payments are taken every 4 weeks on a Monday, helping make sure you receive your medication before you run out.
Important to Know
- Your second payment will be taken around 2–3 weeks after your first order to align your subscription to a safe and reliable monthly schedule.
- After this, everything runs on a regular 4-week cycle.
- We won’t dispatch medication before payment is received.
- We avoid sending orders late in the week to reduce delivery delays.
